I’ve spent decades searching for the perfect sleep due to various issues. Most nutrients did little, and medications left me feeling like a zombie, which isn't how I wanted to live. Finally, I found a solution: each night, I take a teaspoon of glycine, half a teaspoon of taurine, and a quarter teaspoon of GABA in lukewarm water. This really works for me, as I now get 7-8 uninterrupted hours of sleep and wake feeling refreshed. My wife also sleeps more deeply and wakes up far less often. I've tried many things for insomnia, but this taurine powder is the best. It beats melatonin for me, helping me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. I mix one teaspoon each of glycine and taurine in water. It has improved my mother's sleep as well.

I give this to my son with ADHD; it helps. We take omega, lecithin, and Taurine. This is a permanent purchase. With ADHD, nerve impulses misbehave, but Taurine and lecithin provide a protective shell for nerves and impulses. As prescribed by a neurologist, the results are noticeable—my son is calmer, sleeps better, and has less hysterics.

Headaches occurred
I bought this to help with sleep, which it did! However, it caused a strong headache. When I stopped taking it, the headache disappeared. I began using a 500mg tablet, which has been better for me and maintains my sleep improvement without the headaches.

Effective sleep aid

My recipe for falling asleep early when I need to rise early. This was taught to me by a nutritionist. I mix equal parts Glycine, Taurine, and GABA powders. I take half a teaspoon of this mixture with half a glass of water, along with one tablet of KAL magnesium glycinate 400 mg. I sleep soundly and feel ready the next day. Do not take unless you have at least 7 hours to rest.

Stay calm! I take half a teaspoon before bed with melatonin and sleep soundly. I've reduced my beta blockers, my urine pressure has increased, and I feel stronger and more relaxed. My heartbeat is more regular.
